Toxic Boss

This really hit home, something I experienced on more than one occasion. I spent many Sundays totally dreading Monday mornings, as I was bullied, micro managed and discriminated against on a regular basis. Bad Boss's are toxic to your organisation, they demotivate and cause unnecessary stress which can lead to absence sickness and staff resigning. Does your organisation tolerate/endorse this type of behaviour or do they invest in training their Management teams, I hope its the later!
